Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a tech or SaaS environment
• Proficiency in building and managing workflows or flows, with familiarity in tools like Zapier, Typeform, IFTT, or similar platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for empathy and clear communication
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, adapting quickly to change and demonstrating resilience
• Passion for customer success, problem-solving, and bringing ideas to life to enhance customer experiences

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to our customers, offering a human touch to troubleshooting and resolution processes
• Collaborate with customers to translate their goals into logical steps within our platform's conversational flows. Utilize tools like Zapier, Typeform, IFTT, or email platforms to optimize customer interactions
• Proactively identify and address customer needs, finding creative solutions to challenges they encounter. Your entrepreneurial mindset will drive innovative problem-solving and idea generation
• Serve as the advocate for our customers within Manychat, ensuring their feedback is heard and their success is prioritized
