Requirements

  • Ability to communicate with customers
  • Proficient level of English, both in spoken and written form
  • Availability for a minimum of four months, starting from September, full-time

Responsibilities

  • Helping customers with their onboarding on new marketplaces
  • Handling functional questions from clients
  • Assisting CSMs in their goals to grow customers' performance
  • Analyzing customer performance and providing feedback to the team
  • Creating informative content for clients (how to upsell on marketplaces etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Language skills: Dutch, German or French (min. level B2)
  • Some ecommerce experience
