Summary

The job description is for a CSM Intern position at Definity First's Monterrey Offices. The intern will work closely with the customer success team to deliver exceptional service to clients, learning about customer success management and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in digital engineering
• Personal passion for customer service and business development
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive, creative, and problem-solving mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in Data Analysis and Report Building
• Familiarity with customer success management tools, such as CRM
• Advanced English

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth
• Research and benchmark best practices in customer success management and propose recommendations for Definity First
• Assist in designing and developing customer success management tools, such as dashboards, reports, surveys, and workflows
• Support the customer success management team in delivering exceptional service and value to our clients
• Participate in customer success management meetings and events and provide insights and suggestions
• Collaborate with other teams, such as sales, engineering, and cloud and AI services, to ensure alignment and synergy
