Customer Success Manager, Remote - France

Summary

The job is for a Customer Success Manager at Pubstack, a fast-growing startup based in Paris. Requirements

• 4-5 years of relevant work experience in customer success, and account management preferably in a SaaS business or adtech
• Fluent in French & English + Italian, German & Spanish is a plus
• Experience working with a portfolio of accounts, supporting a highly technical product

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with enterprise-level clients
• Lead the onboarding process for new enterprise clients
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the business objectives and challenges of each enterprise client
• Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each client's goals
• Drive product adoption and usage within enterprise accounts
• Manage the renewal process for enterprise contracts
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services
• Gather feedback from enterprise clients to understand their satisfaction levels, preferences, and areas for improvement
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to ensure alignment on customer needs and priorities
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to provide valuable insights to enterprise clients
