Summary

Join Qonto's Customer Care team in Belgrade (remote-friendly within Serbia) as a Customer Support Officer, supporting German-speaking SME and freelancer clients. You will manage the onboarding process, conducting KYC/KYB verifications and guiding clients through account opening and company incorporation. The role requires customer support experience, strong communication skills (German and English), and proficiency with SaaS tools. Requirements

• Experience in customer support
• Demonstrate empathy and adapt your speech according to your customers' needs
• Strive to achieve your daily targets
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excel in using SaaS tools (Intercom, Zendesk, Jira)
• Bilingual in German, and have a good level of English

Responsibilities

• Conducting Know Your Business (KYB) Verification: Collect and meticulously review incorporation documents to ensure the legitimacy of the business. This involves validating the company's registration details, ownership structure, and operational information
• Performing Know Your Customer (KYC) Checks: Obtain and verify identification documents, such as passports, from legal representatives and Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs)
• Streamlining the onboarding experience: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the account opening experience, making it as smooth and efficient as possible for new clients
• Guiding clients through the onboarding process: Provide clear and supportive guidance to clients throughout the account opening and company incorporation process
