Summary

The Customer Success Strategist will work remotely for SmartBug Media, a digital agency that specializes in customer lifecycle growth. The role involves developing and executing a customer success strategy to increase client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Key responsibilities include gathering and relaying customer feedback, monitoring customer health metrics, and developing cross-sell and upsell strategies.
