Requirements

  • Fluency in spoken and written English<>Russian
  • Languages Needed: fluency in spoken & written Russian. & English
  • Availability Sunday-Saturday to work
  • System Requirements: Must meet minimum system and internet requirements (20 download, 5 upload Mbps, Dual-core processor with hyper-threading, 8g RAM, microphone with very clear audio, backup power supply if area receives power interruptions)

Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: providing support via live inbound phone calls to resolve diners/drivers queries and issues promptly and in a professional manner
  • Documentation: Document all necessary notes & vital information from customer & driver conversations
