Summary

This is an internship opportunity in Operations at a growing EV software company, Road. The intern will build and maintain customer relationships, handle questions and orders, keep the customer database up to date, identify opportunities for process optimization, and be part of a young and ambitious team. The internship lasts 20-24 weeks starting in August/September, with an allowance of €500 per month.

Requirements

• Following an HBO study in Commercial Economics or Business Administration
• Looking for an internship
• Being ambitious and a team player
• Being customer-oriented and commercial
• Having good command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written

Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining customer relationships
• Handling questions and orders
• Keeping customer database up to date
• Identifying the wishes and needs of both existing and potential customers
• Finding opportunities to optimize our processes
