Summary

Responsibilities include managing all inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments efficiently, creating a welcoming experience for patients, and maintaining accurate records. Requirements include proficiency in English written and verbal skills, excellent interpersonal skills, detail orientation, and experience in scheduling or similar administrative roles. Preferred requirements include strong problem-solving skills, advanced knowledge of appointment confirming and rescheduling, bookkeeping skills, and experience with social media platforms.

• Field and manage all inbound and outbound calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule patient appointments efficiently, ensuring the seamless operation of the medical practice
• Utilize advanced knowledge in confirming and rescheduling appointments, adhering to excellent record-keeping practices
• Create a welcoming and comfortable experience for all patients, resolving any issues with empathy and efficiency
• Assist in bookkeeping tasks, maintaining an accurate and organized record system
