Summary

The job is for a Customer Support Specialist (CSE) at Exodus, who will provide 24/7 customer support across multiple channels. The ideal candidate lives in the APAC region, has excellent written English skills, empathy, detail-orientation, knowledge of digital assets, tech-savviness, self-starter attitude, and ability to work remotely. Additional qualifications include being bilingual or multilingual and familiarity with Help Scout or other support platforms.

Requirements

• Live in the APAC Region in the UTC + 8 to UTC + 14 time zones
• Comfortable working 8 hours per weekend, which includes at least one shift on Saturday or Sunday

Responsibilities

• Connect and form relationships with customers across multiple channels, making them feel heard, supported, and resolving their issues efficiently
• Promptly respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels
• Assist users in navigating the intricacies of managing digital assets
• Provide above-and-beyond customer experiences that leave a lasting positive impression
• Use problem-solving abilities to resolve unique customer problems and maintain consistent ticket housekeeping

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual or multilingual and able to speak other languages in addition to English, particularly Spanish, Russian, German, French, or Portuguese
• Familiarity with Help Scout or other support platforms
