Customer Support Specialist in Argentina

Summary

The job is for an Incident Resolution Manager who will resolve problems of retail and corporate clients effectively. The role involves using CRM systems, communicating with suppliers, and advising clients on bookings and products. The required qualifications include knowledge of English at least at the Upper Intermediate level, kindness, stress-resistance, politeness, responsibility, a functioning computer and microphone, knowledge of the travel business and booking systems, and preferably knowledge of German/Spanish/French/Italian at B2 level. The benefits include remote work, a schedule of 2/2 (3 p.m. - 3 a.m. Argentina time), a salary of 600 euros plus a bonus of up to 170 euros KPI, interesting and ambitious tasks for professional development, learning opportunities such as seminars, trainings, and conferences, corporate discounts on hotels and other services.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Rapid and effective resolution of both retail and corporate clients’ problems, sent to you as requests through the CRM system
• Advising clients on all matters concerning bookings and our product
• Communication with suppliers, hotels and clients by email and phone
• Working in CRM systems and with our internal databases

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of German/Spanish/French/Italian on at least B2 level (as an advantage)
