Data Configuration Analyst

Summary

Join Employment Hero, a fast-growing SaaS unicorn, as a Data Configuration Analyst! You will support the end-to-end implementation service by configuring the system, resolving issues, and ensuring data quality. Daily tasks include administrative duties, data review, and stakeholder communication. You'll collaborate with implementation consultants and customer support, contributing to continuous improvement strategies. This permanent, full-time role offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic startup culture. Three positions are available. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Recent graduate from a Bachelor's Degree (or relevant Qualification) OR 3+ year experience in a SaaS configuration environment
• Experience in processing and reviewing large data sets
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end Implementation service offering by performing system configuration, checking and analysing configuration issues, and carrying necessary resolutions and action items
• Complete administrative tasks, including systems updates, data review and input, project updates and other ad-hoc requests
• Ensure data quality, integrity and security
• Support customers with their implementation journey
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer implementation challenges via thorough testing
• Contribute to continuous improvement strategies on the way we implement clients
• Continuous documentation for updating content to support system implementation
• Assist with keeping our internal tools and tracking systems up to date, which may include applications such as Salesforce and Asana
• Meets & exceeds KPI’s, follows all relevant procedures & standard operating procedures as laid out by Employment Hero and your manager

Preferred Qualifications

Experience administering a HR Information System (HRIS) and/or payroll system, is a plus!
