Payroll Data Configuration Analyst

Summary

Join Employment Hero's Customer Experience Delivery team as a Platform Configuration Specialist! You'll play a vital role in implementing the Employment Hero platform for our customers, ensuring accurate and timely system configuration. Your focus will be on data quality, issue resolution, and exceeding customer expectations. You'll collaborate with various teams, contributing to continuous improvement strategies. This is a full-time, permanent position with remote work flexibility. The role offers opportunities for growth within a dynamic start-up environment. We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in SaaS configuration, experience with large datasets, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Be a recent graduate from a Bachelor's Degree (or relevant Qualification) OR have 3+ year experience in a SaaS configuration environment
• Have experience in processing and reviewing large data sets
• Possess strong communication skills
• Have the ability to work autonomously

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end Implementation service offering by performing system configuration, checking and analysing configuration issues, and carrying necessary resolutions and action items
• Complete administrative tasks, including systems updates, data review and input, project updates and other ad-hoc requests
• Ensure data quality, integrity and security
• Support customers with their implementation journey
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer implementation challenges via thorough testing
• Contribute to continuous improvement strategies on the way we implement clients
• Continuously document for updating content to support system implementation
• Assist with keeping our internal tools and tracking systems up to date, which may include applications such as Salesforce and Asana
• Meet & exceed KPI’s, following all relevant procedures & standard operating procedures as laid out by Employment Hero and your manager

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience administering a HR Information System (HRIS) and/or payroll system
