Summary

In the Data Operations role at Dun & Bradstreet, you will manage daily operational tasks, support business needs, and develop best practices and efficiencies. Responsibilities include understanding advertising platforms and data suppliers' businesses, communicating with internal teams and external clients, performing platform UI setup configurations, managing data collection from multiple sources, troubleshooting issues, supporting quarterly taxonomy activation, monitoring and reporting on data flow, maintaining an accurate status in the ticketing system, and documenting new integrations and processes. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, 1-3 years of experience in the advertising/publishing industry, excellent communication skills, good knowledge of MS Excel, basic knowledge of Javascript and SQL, proactive attitude, attention to detail, strong technical aptitude, team spirit, ability to work independently, quick learning skills, commitment to customer-focused work, and self-motivation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience
  • 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the advertising/publishing industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel (able to use pivot tables and vlookups)
  • Basic knowledge of Javascript and SQL

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic technical understanding of and direct operational experience with ad serving, tag implementation, etc
  • Basic understanding of digital and programmatic advertising landscape
