Summary

Join Dev.Pro as a Delivery Manager and lead the successful delivery of complex projects for a global payments technology company. You will oversee large teams, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure smooth stakeholder collaboration. Your expertise will help enhance operational efficiency and deliver innovative payment solutions in the retail POS space. This role offers the opportunity to work with a Fortune 500 fintech leader driving innovation across 100+ countries with advanced payment solutions. You will lead the full delivery lifecycle, from contract negotiation to production, shaping and improving key processes. You will also collaborate with C-level execs, delivery directors, and client stakeholders on impactful initiatives that promote business growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of practical Project Management experience and at least 3-4 years of hands-on experience as a Program/Delivery Manager
  • Experience managing delivery for teams of 60+ people, with 5-10+ Project Managers as direct reports (outstaff/outsource)
  • Proven success driving projects and programs from start to finish
  • Strong SDLC and methodology knowledge, with technical expertise to lead discussions
  • Hands-on experience in procurement, legal aspects, and contract-to-execution management
  • Financial expertise in budgeting, cost projection, and billing process setup with clients
  • Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
  • Prioritization and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Proactivity, initiative, and strong people management abilities
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines from contract negotiation to delivery
  • Manage contracts, procurement, and legal aspects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and business goals through effective negotiations and agreement execution
  • Handle financial aspects of delivery, including budgeting, forecasting, projections, and billing processes
  • Optimize operational processes across outstaff and outsource teams to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Supervise recruitment and HR functions, driving the creation of client-specific teams aligned with project goals and client needs
  • Build strong relationships with individual and group stakeholders at all levels, including teams, C-level executives, and client stakeholders
  • Analyze project performance and drive continuous improvements to enhance outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in payments processing, retail technology, and POS systems
  • Strong ability to promote innovation and drive process improvements
