Delivery Manager

Summary

Join Turing as a GenAI Delivery Manager to lead the execution of cutting-edge LLM and GenAI projects for Fortune 500 clients. You will collaborate with senior engineers, project managers, and client stakeholders to drive solutions from proof of concept to full-scale deployment. This hands-on role ensures technical excellence, timely delivery, and alignment with business goals throughout the project lifecycle. You will drive the complete lifecycle of GenAI/LLM projects, serve as the main client contact for communication and technical delivery, lead internal engineering teams for on-schedule project execution, and track project progress while mitigating risks and adjusting delivery plans. Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Data Science/ML, with at least 2 years specifically in LLM/GenAI
• Demonstrated experience in managing client-facing GenAI projects
• Experience in building and deploying LLM-based Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Proficiency with Langchain or similar LLM frameworks
• Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams of 7–10 members
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Drive the complete lifecycle of GenAI/LLM projects from initiation to completion
• Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and technical delivery aspects
• Lead internal engineering teams to ensure projects are executed on schedule
• Track project progress, identify and mitigate potential risks, and adjust delivery plans as necessary
• Ensure all project deliverables meet the required standards for quality, scope, and timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LangGraph and Llama-index
• Background in consulting or IT services
• Strategic thinking abilities and experience in innovative project planning
