Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a centralized repository of all executed contracts
  • Track and monitor contract expiration dates, renewal terms, and key milestones
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure alignment on contract terms, pricing, and billing details
  • Oversee billing and invoicing processes related to contracted services
  • Monitor and analyze contract performance metrics, financial data, and billing information
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external parties regarding contract-related inquiries, escalations, and dispute resolution
  • Serve as the primary contact for Business operations support for all internal delivery team
  • Assist in the development and implementation of contract management policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and legal developments relevant to contract management and billing practices
  • Prepare the MIS and publish the dashboards

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Commercial Contracts Manager)
