• Profound expertise in Walmart supplier deductions and recoveries, inbound and inventory policies, APDP and use of the platform to drive strategic initiatives and business growth
• Comfortable with change, your adaptability enables you to navigate and lead through evolving business landscapes
• Proficient in data manipulation and analysis, particularly in Excel, turning complex data into actionable insights for informed decision-making
• Adept at identifying and resolving challenges efficiently and effectively. Significant experience driving cross-functional programs to resolve blockers to success
• Articulate and effective communicator, capable of translating complex ideas into clear, impactful narratives
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, ensuring priorities are managed effectively. A keen focus on details ensures high-quality standards in every aspect of our operations
• Aptitude for compartmentalizing concepts and ability to break them down into specifics for tech team members to understand and see how your systems work
• Ability to lead ops teams across the globe, with geographically dispersed team members
