Director, Delivery Operations

Summary

The job is for a Director of Delivery Operations at Quisitive, a rapidly growing Microsoft services partner. Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in delivery operations management
• Strong understanding of delivery operations
• Strong strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for the details
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership, verbal/written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• A strong collaborator with the ability to influence, promote teamwork and build relationships at all levels of the organization
• Professional, credible presence and excellent executive-sponsor presentation skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI or similar tools for dashboard creation is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Willingness to travel when required (minimal)

Responsibilities

• Partner with the EVP to develop and execute strategic and operational management initiatives
• Act as a trusted advisor and extension of the EVP, providing support in daily operations, communications, and special projects
• Collaborate with internal operations and delivery stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in delivery operations
• Identify areas for process improvement within the delivery organization and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions
• Manage and analyze billability and forecasting metrics for delivery teams, ensuring targets are met and resources are efficiently utilized
• Develop, organize and present Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (MBRs/QBRs) for delivery leadership, providing insights and recommendations for efficiencies and improvements
• Design and implement dashboards to track and visualize key metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making across the delivery organization
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on delivery performance, including risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous consulting experience in a leadership role
• Previous experience with a Microsoft systems integrator
