Requirements
- A hands-on, extreme ownership mentality focused on impact and results
- Experience in a fast-moving startup or scaleup environment focused on velocity and customer impact
- A portfolio demonstrating impactful marketing work
- Willingness to pitch in to help your teammates and other teammates
- Hubspot expertise or mastery
- Email marketing expertise or mastery
- Event marketing interest, expertise, or mastery
- Passion for serving HR leaders
Responsibilities
- Create and manage events that generate demand and create pipeline from end-to-end
- Create email marketing that generates demand and creates pipeline from end-to-end
- Master Hubspot
- Contribute to 15Fiveβs pillar events such as Thrive and HR Superstars Summit
- Use AI to create new experiences for 15Fiveβs market and customers
- Make data-informed decisions to experiment and improve marketing programs
