Summary
Join ConnectWise as a Senior Demand Generation Manager and plan, execute, and measure campaigns that support MSPs. Partner with cross-functional teams to create a consistent flow of campaigns generating leads and pipeline for global sales. Responsibilities include researching, analyzing, and documenting campaign findings, developing and executing campaigns, tracking results, managing content offers, and communicating with sales and leadership teams. The ideal candidate possesses advanced knowledge of demand generation strategy, experience with Martech solutions (Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach), and strong communication skills. Requirements
- Ability to manage large projects and processes independently with limited supervision
- Recognized subject matter expert of applicable work area
- Advanced knowledge of Demand Generation strategy typically obtained through advanced education and/or work experience
- Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per ConnectWise requirements
- Professional presence suitable for interaction in meetings, in-person, or via email, as well as at internal and external facing events
- Knowledge of Martech solutions (Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach)
- Ability to expand pipeline and increase revenue results
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
- 5+ years of experience
Responsibilities
- Provides cross-functional support with a high attention to detail
- Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
- May coach and review the work of other team members
- Develops and executes ongoing campaigns and programs that support the company’s core goals for demand generation and pipeline creation
- Tracks and analyzes the results of campaigns and continually refines programs for optimal ROI
- Manages content-based offers leveraging our internal database and paid placements
- Regularly communicates with the sales team and leadership team on announcements for upcoming campaigns, status of current campaigns, and results of completed campaigns
- Stays informed on industry structure, trends, and initiatives and communicates best practices and solutions across functions
- Proactively manages clients’ expectations and communicates project status to the Demand Generation and Sales team

2+ years in MSP industry
