Summary

Join ConnectWise as a Demand Generation Manager and plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns targeting MSPs. Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to generate leads and pipeline for global sales. This role involves developing and executing campaigns, analyzing results, managing content offers, and communicating with sales teams. You will need advanced knowledge of demand generation strategy and experience with Martech solutions. The position offers remote or hybrid work options, depending on location.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision
  • Advanced knowledge of Demand Generation strategy typically obtained through advanced education and/or work experience
  • Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per ConnectWise requirements
  • Knowledge of Martech solutions (Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach)
  • Ability to expand pipeline and increase revenue results
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent business experience
  • 3+ years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Provides cross-functional support with a high attention to detail
  • Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
  • May coach and review the work of other team members
  • Develops and executes ongoing campaigns and programs that support the company’s core goals for demand generation and pipeline creation
  • Tracks and analyzes the results of campaigns and continually refine programs for optimal ROI
  • Manages content-based offers leveraging our internal database and paid placements
  • Regularly communicates with the sales team on announcements for upcoming campaigns, status of current campaigns, and results of completed campaigns
  • Stays informed and insightful on industry structure, trends, initiatives, and issue an informed and insightful point of view of best practices and solutions across functions
  • Proactively manages clients’ expectations and communicates project status to the Demand Generation and Sales team

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years in MSP industry
