Summary

Join our client, a rapidly growing industrial startup, as their new Demand Generation Manager! In this fully remote role, you will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, implement ABM tactics, and collaborate with internal and external teams. You will focus on lead generation, multi-channel engagement, and content development, while also measuring and reporting campaign effectiveness. This position requires 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS environment, and strong skills in project management, communication, and marketing automation tools. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-driven, and adaptable.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with multi-channel marketing strategies, including ABM
  • Knowledge of B2B and SaaS metrics; experience with enterprise sales teams
  • Experience using data insights to optimize marketing funnels and improve lead conversion rates
  • Understanding of marketing channels, including email, ads, and events
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns focused on key industries and use cases to generate leads
  • Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics, leveraging webinars, email campaigns, and paid media to engage target accounts
  • Work with internal teams, including product marketing, sales, and operations, to align campaign strategies
  • Develop and execute programs to drive lead acquisition and product adoption at scale
  • Design engagement programs tailored to the buyer’s journey across various audience segments
  • Support content creation efforts to develop promotional materials and compelling brand stories
  • Collaborate with external agencies for campaign asset development and execution
  • Measure and report campaign effectiveness, optimizing strategies based on performance insights
  • Maintain clear and frequent communication with stakeholders regarding strategy, goals, and results
