Summary
Join Alatus Solutions as a Demand Generation/Lead Generation Manager and develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to deliver qualified leads to the sales team. You will be responsible for the entire lead generation ecosystem, from strategy to execution and optimization. This role requires a strategic mindset and results-driven execution skills to drive business growth. The position is fully remote, 30-40 hours per week, and is a 3-month contract with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience and advanced knowledge of HubSpot or similar platforms. The role involves collaboration with various teams and requires strong communication and project management skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B demand generation or lead generation experience
- Proven track record of building and optimizing lead generation programs that deliver measurable results
- Advanced knowledge of HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Experience with lead qualification frameworks and MQL to SQL processes
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics (SEM, content marketing, email, etc.)
- Data-driven approach with ability to analyze performance metrics and implement optimizations
- Project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies aligned with company revenue targets
- Create detailed lead generation plans in collaboration with product teams and sales leadership
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure lead generation effectiveness
- Design and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns
- Stay current on B2B lead generation best practices and emerging technologies
- Build and optimize the entire lead generation funnel from initial awareness to qualified leads
- Clean up and refine the MQL to SQL process to improve conversion rates
- Implement and manage lead scoring, routing, and qualification processes
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads for dental marketing services, membership programs, and job board offerings
- Collaborate with sales to understand pain points and optimize the lead handoff process
- Manage and optimize our HubSpot instance and supporting marketing technology stack
- Implement workflows, automation, and lead nurturing sequences within HubSpot
- Analyze performance data and optimize systems for improved lead flow
- Recommend and implement new tools or processes to enhance lead generation effectiveness
- Ensure proper tracking and attribution of lead sources throughout the marketing funnel
- Design and implement sophisticated lead nurturing campaigns tailored to different buyer personas
- Create segmentation strategies to deliver relevant content to prospects
- Develop email marketing sequences that guide prospects through the buyer's journey
- A/B test messaging and optimize nurture flows based on performance data
- Collaborate with content team to ensure appropriate content availability for nurture campaigns
- Work closely with product teams to understand priorities and align lead generation efforts
- Partner with sales team to understand pain points and improve lead quality
- Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure integrated campaign execution
- Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on lead generation performance
- Train internal stakeholders on lead management processes and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, or marketing services industries
- B2B e-commerce or subscription-based business experience
- Background working with dental, medical, or other professional service providers
- Experience with startup or high-growth environments
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes
- HubSpot certifications or other relevant marketing certifications
- Experience managing lead generation programs for multiple product lines
