Summary

Join UltraViolet Cyber, a leading cybersecurity company, as a Marketing Demand Generation Lead to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and support the sales team in closing deals. You will be responsible for end-to-end demand generation, including content marketing, digital advertising, account-based marketing (ABM), email campaigns, webinars, field marketing, and marketing automation. This role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive demand generation strategy, planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, owning the lead nurturing process, partnering with sales to create targeted campaigns, developing and executing ABM programs, planning, executing, and optimizing field marketing programs, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), collaborating with the sales team, and staying up-to-date with cybersecurity trends and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful demand generation campaigns
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity buyer personas and the sales cycle
  • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce to track lead progression and campaign ROI
  • Expertise in SEO, PPC, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting campaigns
  • Knowledge of ABM strategies, intent data tools (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase), and personalization tactics
  • Hands-on experience with webinar platforms, content syndication, and virtual events
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive high-quality leads and accelerate the sales pipeline
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM, content syndication, email marketing, field marketing, and webinars
  • Own the lead nurturing process by designing and optimizing automated workflows and email sequences
  • Partner with sales to create targeted campaigns that resonate with our ideal customer profile (ICP)
  • Develop and execute ABM programs targeting high-value accounts in collaboration with sales
  • Leverage intent data, firmographics, and personalization tactics to optimize engagement with target accounts
  • Track and analyze ABM performance to refine strategies and improve effectiveness
  • Plan, execute, and optimize field marketing programs (regional events, CISO roundtables, partner events, trade shows, and conferences) to generate leads and strengthen customer relationships
  • Work closely with sales to align field marketing activities with regional goals and pipeline needs
  • Manage event sponsorships, booth logistics, speaking engagements, and pre/post-event follow-ups to maximize ROI
  • Develop and implement strategies for in-person and virtual events to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Analyze event performance, lead generation outcomes, and ROI to refine future event strategies
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and customer acquisition costs
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership team, making data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization
  • Work closely with the sales team to align messaging and ensure campaign success
  • Partner with external vendors, agencies, and media partners to expand demand generation efforts
  • Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends and industry best practices to inform campaign strategies
