Requirements

  • 8+ years’ experience in B2B performance marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing role
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo or a similar automation platform
  • Hands-on experience with paid social and ad platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data, share performance results, and influence action across a large team

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, evaluate, and optimize demand generation and campaign initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal and external team members to run and optimize earned and paid channel programs
  • Guide the strategy for channel and prospect journeys, with a focus on specific sales segments and programs influencing early prospect journey stages, such as live and digital events, paid advertising, media partnerships, and social media
  • Partner with sales leaders to maximize the pipeline impact of our marketing channels
  • Own and steward prospect data - guide marketing decisions to maximize pipeline generation for our ambitious sales team
  • Constantly test, iterate, and share performance insights
