Requirements

• Brings 5+ years of experience in demand generation and growth marketing
• Is well versed in effective demand generation tactics across channels
• Brings a strong technical background in: App Marketing, Paid Digital and optimizing/scaling multi-million dollar campaigns
• Is enthusiastic about trying new approaches with a test and learn mindset
• Has strong quantitative and analytical capabilities. You’re comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make recommendations (familiarity with SQL is a plus!)
• Has the ability to synthesize their own and other’s thoughts into crisp and effective communications

Responsibilities

• Own the demand generation strategy and vision: Identifying, sizing and prioritizing opportunities
• Identify growth opportunities and develop new approaches that deliver high-quality leads
• Define and set targets to allow for appropriate measurement, and own the lead generation performance narrative
• Evolve our analytics and technology capabilities to support demand generation programs
• Supporting the creative team with ideation + concept development and producing strong testing frameworks for creative assets and optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal teams such as Creative, Product, Sales and Brand to effectively + efficiently engage your target audience
