Summary

Join Vidyard's Marketing team as a Demand Generation Manager and drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition. You will design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, collaborating with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, and Partnerships. This role requires a data-driven approach, strong communication skills, and experience with marketing automation and CRM systems. The position is remote, open to candidates in Canada and the US. Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience with a proven track record of building pipeline and driving revenue through integrated campaigns
  • Deep knowledge of lead generation, ABM, funnel metrics, and pipeline acceleration strategies
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Marketo experience required) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and collaborate across departments
  • A growth mindset, you’re curious, creative, data-obsessed, and thrive on testing and learning

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and rollout of integrated campaigns across paid media, email, social, and more to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Content, and Partnerships to ensure demand gen programs are aligned with business priorities and deliver on business outcomes
  • Craft clear, effective written copy across emails, landing pages, and ad copy, aligned with our product messaging and brand voice
  • Develop and scale account-based marketing strategies in close partnership with Sales to engage priority accounts and accelerate key opportunities
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of webinars, trade shows, field events, and co-marketed partner programs
  • Co-create and launch campaigns with strategic partners including joint webinars, whitepapers, and co-branded landing pages to drive pipeline
  • Build and refine automated nurture tracks to move leads efficiently through the funnel and ensure smooth MQL-to-SQL handoff, partnering with the XDR team
  • Monitor campaign performance and pipeline contribution using tools like Salesforce and Marketo. Apply insights to continuously test, refine, and scale programs
  • Keep current on marketing trends and AI-powered technologies to innovate and improve marketing effectiveness
