Requirements

  • Proven success managing and executing multi-channel demand generation programs and events
  • 5+ years of ABM experience contributing to pipeline and deal acceleration with a B2B Enterprise sales team of 5 or more reps
  • A deep understanding of demand generation performance metrics, lead progression and conversions from early TOF marketing stages, through the end of the sales cycle and into customer advocacy
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills who can identify trends and insights to support deal acceleration
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnel, lead progression and conversions from early TOF marketing stages thru the end of the sales cycle and into customer advocacy
  • Strong organizational skills with a sense of urgency and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and capable of developing robust email nurture streams to support your region
  • A team player with strong cross-functional project management skills

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with sales and sales development teams to create and implement a performance-based, omni-channel demand gen strategy
  • Work with the extended digital marketing team to leverage data in your region to provide insights and trends
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Events Manager to curate content and select speakers for industry-specific and regional events
  • Understand our buyer’s journey and build go-to-market strategies and corporate campaign initiatives that articulate our value proposition
  • Define and implement scalable marketing strategies and processes based on client segments and buyer personas to drive market expansion
  • Monitor, track, and report success metrics of all programs, communicating results to sales and providing recommendations for continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with a range of marketing automation and analytics tools
  • HubSpot, Demandbase, Salesforce, and Google analytics experience
  • Experience marketing to financial institutions
  • Strong preference for candidate location to be within the East Coast
