Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a similar field
  • 4+ years experience in Paid Advertising - hands-on experience managing successful campaigns across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn and Google Ads
  • Strong knowledge of tracking technologies (e.g., pixels, UTM parameters) and proficiency in Google Tag Manager
  • Demonstrated expertise in web analytics platforms (like Google Analytics) and reporting tools (such as Looker Studio), along with excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Conversion Rate Optimization: experience in analyzing user behavior, conducting A/B testing, and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates and user engagement
  • Great communicator with excellent English skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective demand generation strategies and campaigns to drive lead acquisition, nurturing, and conversion
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align demand-generation activities with overall marketing goals and objectives
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns in paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others)
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from conceptualization to analysis, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking
  • Identify and target key customer segments to generate high-quality leads
  • Implement lead scoring and nurturing processes to convert leads into qualified sales opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Generate regular reports on campaign outcomes, ROI, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Partner with product marketing, creative, and other internal teams to support campaign initiatives and ensure consistency across channels
  • Utilize marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to manage and track campaigns
  • Stay updated with the latest demand generation tools and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Use insights to refine demand generation strategies and identify new opportunities for growth
