Summary

Join BytePitch's Operations Team as a detail-oriented HR Specialist to provide support during a colleague's maternity leave. You will coordinate the full recruitment process, ensuring alignment with business needs and company culture. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, supporting payroll, managing employee data, and handling communication with external providers. You will also contribute to onboarding/offboarding, workplace medicine compliance, business trip organization, and office operations. This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in similar functions
  • Experience in remote work environments
  • Previous experience in recruitment processes and administrative HR tasks
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)
  • Legal and Regulatory Awareness
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast learner
  • Proactive problem-solving
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Flexibility, adaptability and high autonomy level
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work and experiment with different tools and methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full recruitment process for various roles across the company, ensuring that hiring aligns with both business needs and company culture
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define the best approach for attracting and selecting candidates
  • Preparation of contracts, addendums and other legal documents
  • Support the monthly payroll with the collection and organisation of information and related administrative tasks
  • Execute and support administrative tasks related to the onboarding & offboarding process of employees
  • Verify, manage and maintain accurate employee data records, to keep all information up to date and ensure data integrity, supporting HR operations and compliance needs
  • Handle the communication with external providers such as insurance companies, occupational health, and others
  • Coordinate and assure the compliance with the workplace medicine requirements
  • Provide support in organising business trips
  • Assets Procurement and management
  • Support in administrative tasks related to office operations
  • Prepare mandatory information to comply with legal requirements
  • Create and follow processes and fulfil responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the IT field (preferred)
  • Experience with different tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, Slack and Jira (preferred)
  • Experience with recruitment tools and job boards
