Summary
Join Daxko as a Demand Marketing Manager to develop and execute impactful marketing programs driving new business. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in demand generation, virtual event marketing, or webinar production
- Hands-on experience with Goldcast, ON24, Zoom Webinars, or similar virtual event platforms
- Proficiency in Asana (or similar project management tools) for event planning and execution
- Experience with Salesforce CRM to track and report event-driven pipeline and conversions
- Strong analytical skills to measure virtual event ROI and optimize performance
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2β4 years of relevant experience in demand generation marketing
- 1β2 years of B2B marketing experience in a demand generation role
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of virtual events and webinars as key demand-generation tools
- Manage Goldcast or similar virtual event platforms, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and marketing automation tools
- Use Asana to coordinate event timelines, tasks, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
- Design engaging virtual experiences that include live polls, Q&A, breakout sessions, and chat moderation to boost interaction
- Analyze event performance using Salesforce and other analytics tools to track registrations, engagement, and post-event conversions
- Work with internal and external speakers to develop compelling event content aligned with marketing goals
- Partner with content, social, and paid marketing teams to promote virtual events effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
- Experience in the fitness industry (a plus)
