Summary

Join our team as a Demand Plan Specialist and support the Operations team by driving accurate SKU-level forecasting, coordinating kitting for inventory, and improving demand planning processes. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure inventory aligns with business needs. You will assist in SKU-level demand forecasting, work with operations and supply planning to schedule and execute kitting projects, and partner with various teams to ensure alignment on demand forecasts and kitting needs. The position requires 1-3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management and strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel. This full-time remote position, preferably located in Utah, offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with SKU-level forecasting and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability

Responsibilities

  • Assist in SKU-level demand forecasting for both .com and retail by analyzing historical sales trends, tracking performance, and adjusting forecasts based on trends and real-time data
  • Support new product launch forecasting by incorporating input from sales and product teams
  • Work with operations and supply planning to schedule and execute kitting projects, ensuring material availability aligns with forecasted demand
  • Partner with supply planning, sales, and operations to ensure alignment on demand forecasts and kitting needs
  • Contribute to process improvements by refining demand planning tools and workflows for efficiency and accuracy
