We are looking for a Demand Planning Specialist (Wholesale)to optimize demand and inventory levels as a key liaison between the Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Merchandising, and Marketing teams. This role will involve leading projects or squads and ensuring ongoing process automation. Take ownership of forecasting and inventory reporting, continuously improving visibility and driving inventory flows through advanced data analysis skills. This role leads KPI analytics, ensuring weekly reports are communicated across the company. Effective communication is crucial for managing multiple product launches, identifying best-selling trends, forecasting demand, and mitigating risks through proactive planning.
Requirements
Expected outcomes & responsibilities
- Wholesale replenishment and coverage at SKU level
- QVC Business, Ensure availability for QVC requests through the QVC Portal with the specific deadline defined
- Main ownership of the demand planning dashboard in Tableau
- Clearance strategy for high-inventory products
- Packaging replenishment and coverage
Experience/ Qualifications
At least 4 years of experience in demand planning
Experience deploying Forecast models
Experience working with Commercial & Marketing Areas
Experience in Google Docs
Strong experience working with MS Excel (Formulas, pivot tables, databases)
Statistical knowledge, Machine Learning knowledge
Supply Planning/Inventory Management experience
Desired technical skills:
- Tableau
- Advanced MS Excel (macros)
Good interpersonal & communication skills; positive work attitude, continuous learning, and growth mindset
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to have the right follow-up and monitoring of action items and KPIs
Able to make good decisions independently
