Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in demand planning
• Experience deploying Forecast models
• Experience working with Commercial & Marketing Areas
• Experience in Google Docs
• Strong experience working with MS Excel (Formulas, pivot tables, databases)
• Statistical knowledge
• Machine Learning knowledge
• Supply Planning/Inventory Management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead projects or squads
• Take ownership of forecasting and inventory reporting
• Continuously improve visibility and drive inventory flows through advanced data analysis skills
• Lead KPI analytics, ensuring weekly reports are communicated across the company
• Manage multiple product launches, identify best-selling trends, forecast demand, and mitigate risks through proactive planning
