Join Newsela as a Demand Generation Specialist to execute and optimize marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Demand Programs Manager, you will collaborate with various teams to create and manage integrated demand generation programs. Responsibilities include project managing campaigns (webinars, content, email, etc.), measuring performance, and generating data-driven insights. You will also run experiments to improve campaigns and partner with sales to maximize impact. This role requires 1-3 years of B2B demand generation experience in a SaaS environment, strong writing skills, and data-driven approach. Requirements
- Have 1-3 years of B2B demand generation experience in a SaaS environment
- Have strong writing skills and experience creating content for emails, ads, webpages, and other marketing collateral built for conversion
- Be extremely data-driven and committed to experimenting to improve and optimize programs for success
- Have experience working closely with Marketing cross-functional teams Sales to get things done
- Have strong project management and entrepreneurial skills to work independently on complex projects
- Be meticulously organized with an ability to work and demonstrate grace under pressure
- Be comfortable with ambiguity and can move forward in this environment
- Love problem solving and thrive in organizing and executing on demand programs and enabling sales teams with the resources and communication needed to be successful
Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize integrated national demand programs that generate qualified leads and opportunities within our target audience
- Drive impact by helping to achieve demand generation goals by executing campaigns and optimizations that will drive leads, MQLs, and pipeline
- Project manage and execute a variety of demand generation activations, including webinars, content, direct mail, and email nurture campaigns end-to-end to generate pipeline and accelerate opportunities
- Measure campaign performance and generate data-driven insights to improve future campaign performance
- Run data-informed experiments to uplevel our campaigns
- Partner with Sales and SDRs on campaigns to maximize their impact on marketing sourced bookings

- Be passionate about demand generation marketing and love working collaboratively to bring the best version of a program to life
- Love data and want to dig into campaign performance and follow your leads through the funnel into closed-won opportunities
- Love working in a fast-paced, high-output setting, while also finding opportunities to scale for broader impact and efficiency
- Be looking for an opportunity to build on your repertoire of marketing skills by coordinating across channels like direct mail, email, paid media, virtual events, thought leadership, and more
- Be curious and have a desire to learn
