Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of a successful sales track record focused on the dental market
  • Experience selling to SMB/Dental practice owner level call points
  • Dental market knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior negotiation experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher level of education
  • Business planning skills
  • Sales Effectiveness
  • Time management and planning skills

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new dental practice customers and sell our dental product portfolio with a primary focus on a brand-new cloud-based PMS
  • Meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Work cross-functionally both internally and externally
  • Executing new partnership contracts
  • Increasing utilization within current customers
  • Develop long-term relationships with new customers
  • Conducting business meetings with prospective clients
  • Analyze trends in reporting and create actionable plans
  • Work in partnership with the brand General Managers, marketing, and the at-large sales team
  • Assist in RFP responses, product demos, trade shows, and other areas as assigned
