Summary

Join Braze's Product Program Management team as a Design Program Manager and contribute to building a best-in-class product. Support the UX team (Product Design, User Research, and Documentation) to improve planning, streamline operations, evolve design review processes, and drive cross-functional initiatives. Maintain and evolve UX team processes, templates, and documentation. Coordinate onboarding, team surveys, and engagement activities. Help run design reviews and ensure peer reviews happen before launches. Coordinate cross-team projects by setting up program structures and facilitating discussions with stakeholders. Lead coordination for one-off initiatives across design, research, and writing. This role requires 3–5 years of experience in Design Ops and Program Management with UX teams in B2B SaaS. You should be a systems thinker, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving projects with multiple stakeholders. A commitment to high-quality work in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Requirements

  • You have 3–5 years of experience in Design Ops and Program Management working with UX teams in B2B SaaS and understand how Product Design, Research, and Writing come together to shape user experiences
  • You’re a systems thinker who enjoys solving problems to bring order to complexity and create clarity
  • You’re detail-oriented and organized, but also pragmatic — you know when to create a new process and when to keep things lightweight
  • You’re comfortable driving projects with multiple stakeholders, facilitating alignment, and ensuring follow-through on next steps
  • You care about user experience and take pride in helping UX teams work more effectively, focus on their craft, and make an impact
  • You have a sense of urgency and a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Run quarterly planning for the UX team and maintain a tracker of key design, research, and doc work deliverables and milestones
  • Track project status across design, research, and writing to ensure visibility and accountability
  • Flag capacity issues or blockers to UX leadership early
  • Maintain and evolve UX team processes, templates, and documentation in a central location
  • Support workflows across the team — including intake, recruiting, and tool management
  • Keep UXR Confluence pages and research insights organized and easy to access
  • Coordinate onboarding resources, team surveys, and engagement activities
  • Help run design reviews and ensure peer reviews and bug bashes happen before launches
  • Maintain and promote consistent use of review templates
  • Coordinate quarterly Product Experience Reviews and track follow-ups
  • Surface process gaps or challenges to improve review quality
  • Help move important cross-functional projects forward by setting up a program structure to plan who does what when, how and facilitating discussions with multiple stakeholders and keeping the teams aligned
  • Lead coordination for one-off initiatives or high-impact efforts across design, research, and writing
