DevOps Lead

Join Kaseya's VSA DevOps team as a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead. Lead the project DevOps group, manage servers, resolve security vulnerabilities, and support Dev and QA teams. You will lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Requirements

• Proven experience in a DevOps leadership role
• Strong understanding of datacenter environments and network infrastructure
• Proficiency in managing servers, firewalls, hosts, and data storage systems
• Experience with CI/CD tools and practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the DevOps team, ensuring efficient workflow and task management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align DevOps strategies with business goals
• Manage and maintain server infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance
• Design, implement, and document robust infrastructure solutions, including firewalls, hosts, and data storage systems
• Monitor and optimize network environments to ensure seamless connectivity and security
• Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities across the infrastructure
• Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance standards
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments
• Support development teams in managing build pipelines and automating deployment processes
• Assist QA teams in setting up and maintaining testing environments
• Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of software
• Communicate effectively with SecOPS team to provide updates on project status and infrastructure changes
• Document processes, procedures, and infrastructure configurations for knowledge sharing and compliance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker and Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible)
• Understanding of monitoring and logging tools (Zabbix)
