Requirements

- Strong background in direct response marketing
- Proven ability to manage a minimum of $150k in monthly ad spend
- Analytical skills to optimize and scale ad performance
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage Google Ads and Facebook ad campaigns to ensure optimal performance
- Create and implement effective ad strategies, focusing on direct response marketing
- Manage and allocate ad spend, ensuring at least $150k per month is being effectively utilized
- Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns for better ROI, adjusting targeting, bidding, and creative as needed
- Run A/B tests to identify winning creatives, copy, and audiences
- Regularly report on campaign performance, providing detailed insights and actionable recommendations
