Join Volume Nine, a digital marketing agency, as a New Business superstart to help close deals and grow the agency. You will be the first point of contact for clients, representing the company's values, understanding client goals, recommending solutions, and managing the sales process from pitch to contract. Requirements

• Some hands-on experience in digital marketing (SEO, content, social — you don’t need to be an expert, but you get it)
• Some B2B sales experience, ideally in an agency or services-based environment
• A love of learning and improving your craft —you’re curious, coachable, and not afraid to ask questions
• Strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships
• The ability to stay organized and keep the details straight while juggling multiple deals

Responsibilities

• Leading discovery calls to uncover needs and build trust
• Presenting and positioning our services in a way that connects with their goals
• Running point on the sales process, working solo or pulling in team members when needed
• Creating proposals, delivering pitches, and closing the deal
• Staying in touch throughout the process—and after—so that the handoff to the account team is seamless
• Using Zoho CRM to track deals, progress, and follow-ups
• Re-engaging past leads and helping existing clients explore new opportunities
