Requirements

  • Advanced skills in a range of software used to create and edit SCORM, text, audio and video content
  • Highly skilled at merging audio with video to produce high quality, easy to follow, educational videos
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise well and work at speed and under pressure
  • A good communicator who listens well, can explain things clearly and presents information in a simple and coherent way
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a β€œget things right first” approach
  • A natural completer finisher, with thoroughness and accuracy
  • Proven ability to set and meet deadlines in a calm and efficient way

Responsibilities

  • Work to briefs from the Directors of Curriculum, who write the programme content
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met
  • Interpret briefs to create engaging, educational digital content to support our programme delivery and improve the learning experience
  • Contribute to content design and advise on the use of appropriate technologies, platforms, and current trends
  • Create, review, and edit SCORM, text, audio and video content to a brilliant standard
  • Give, receive, and act upon stakeholder feedback in a timely manner
  • Manage multiple projects and workload of contracted/employed Digital Developers simultaneously and ensure high standards are maintained
  • Respond reliably to urgent enquiries for content whilst maintaining deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Train and support Directors of Curriculum and Learning Content Support in the use of Articulate to create innovative, engaging learning content

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using document and image editing software, such as Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
  • Experience creating animated video content and/or eLearning content
  • Experience using generative AI tools such as TTS
