Digital Marketing Manager

Summary

Join Encora as a Digital Marketing Manager/Senior Manager to lead and optimize digital marketing efforts across multiple channels. You will develop strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth through data-driven campaigns. Key responsibilities include designing and managing integrated digital marketing strategies, leading campaign execution and optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data and generating performance reports, and managing marketing tools and vendors. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, a strong background in performance marketing and analytics, and proficiency with various marketing tools. Location is Mexico (remote).

Requirements

• 5–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles
• Strong background in performance marketing, analytics, and campaign management
• Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot or similar
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Based in Mexico

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email, paid media, etc.)
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution and optimize based on performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, content, design, etc.) to ensure alignment across initiatives
• Analyze data and generate performance reports to identify trends and insights
• Manage marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
• Manage external vendors or agencies as needed
• Build and mentor a small team, depending on the scope and seniority level

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international or US-based clients
• Experience in B2B digital marketing or the tech industry
• Certification in Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, etc
