Join RethinkFirst as a Manager, Digital Marketing and help drive our next wave of growth. Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies across various paid channels. You will identify gaps in our digital landscape, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive key alignment on messaging and budgets. The ideal candidate possesses an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for health and technology, and a proven track record of success in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for accelerating marketing awareness, increasing digital conversions, and scaling our digital footprint. This role requires a creative visionary who can drive progressive digital campaigns and inspire innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital acquisitions, SEM, SEO, ABM or digital program management with hands on exposure to measurement and optimization
- Bachelorβs degree in business, marketing, journalism or similar discipline
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and matrixed organizational structure
- Program and project management skills are a must
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal & presentation) with the ability to understand and communicate difficult concepts to simple
- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels within a company
- Empathy for business partners and a commitment to helping them achieve their goals
- Proven track record of managing paid social media platforms, running influencer programs and digital campaigns; knowledge of Sprout Social, Hootsuite required
- Demonstrated track record of success in providing analysis, strategic direction, and specific business recommendations to senior leadership on critical decisions
- A collaborative problem solver who can get in the weeds to understand stakeholders needs and deliver solutions
- Creative thinker with an eye for design, in addition to a strategic marketer who is driven by innovation and understands how to communicate effectively & measure results
- Must be flexible and adaptable; no task is too small
- Experience and desire to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills
Responsibilities
- Work on strategic projects to support business transformation, enhance current and build new digital capabilities, elevate efficiencies across marketing processes and execute core digital marketing activities
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operations that adapt to the organization's growing needs
- Become a trusted expert on internal systems, their functionality and integration points across our digital marketing needs
- Implement and manage global policies and processes to ensure efficient cross-departmental functioning
- Partner with marketing and technical teams to provide data-driven solutions and recommendations in support of critical business needs and goals in delivery of marketing objectives
- Develops the digital marketing strategy across all product lines, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media accounts, both organic and paid social activities
- Evaluate the performance of all digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels
- Identify patterns and optimize spend and performance based on the insights, to drive growth strategies through digital marketing
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize digital marketing growth to drive increased conversions and demand funnels
- Be a creative visionary, driving progressive digital campaigns and inspiring innovation
- Experience in forming strategic marketing partnerships with social platforms, influencers, visual creators, and DSPs
- Collaborates with business and marketing leaders to ensure that digital and social marketing activities support business requirements and needs
- Collaborates with IT department to make sure all digital programs are compatible with existing infrastructure and data security requirements
- Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Existing relationships with digital platforms & online partners and brands are a plus
