Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on B2B environments
  • Experience executing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms, including paid search, display, retargeting, account-based marketing, and lead nurturing
  • Expertise in SEM, especially with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience with landing page creation, optimization, and performance tracking
  • Proficient with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo, as well as Salesforce
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
  • High attention to detail to ensure quality and compliance across all digital marketing assets
  • Ability to collaborate with content, design, and program teams to produce cohesive and high-impact digital marketing campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive B2B lead generation and engagement
  • Manage the creation and optimization of landing pages to increase conversion rates, using A/B testing and other performance improvement techniques
  • Collaborate with the Content and Design teams to create compelling ad copy and visuals
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare reports to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Continuously improve ad campaign execution and optimization processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Work with the marketing automation platform to develop and implement lead nurturing workflows and segmentation strategies
  • Use Salesforce to track lead progress through the sales funnel and refine marketing strategies based on data insights
  • Apply SEO best practices to enhance the visibility and performance of digital content
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices, especially those relevant to B2B audiences
  • Support the overall Revenue team in strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects
