Requirements

  • Have 3–5+ years of progressive experience owning the digital marketing function for a B2B digital agency or similar services-based business
  • Have expertise in lead generation strategies, nurturing funnels, and field marketing
  • Possess strong skills in SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media (especially LinkedIn)
  • Have hands-on experience with PPC, retargeting, and paid social campaigns
  • Be proficient with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Have a knack for creating and managing data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable results
  • Be known for your excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft high-quality content
  • Bring a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams, especially with sales and product teams

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and positioning
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads
  • Lead, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, and email marketing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Analyze performance data to derive actionable insights and refine strategies
  • Oversee content creation and maintain a robust content calendar
  • Drive field marketing efforts and attend industry events to expand TAG’s presence
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure TAG remains ahead of the curve

Preferred Qualifications

Have a familiarity with the Shopify and/or ecommerce ecosystem
