Requirements
- You have 3β5+ years of progressive experience owning the digital marketing function for a B2B digital agency or similar services-based business
- You have expertise in lead generation strategies, nurturing funnels, and field marketing
- You possess strong skills in SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and social media (especially LinkedIn)
- You have hands-on experience with PPC, retargeting, and paid social campaigns
- Youβre proficient with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- You have a knack for creating and managing data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable results
- Youβre known for your excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft high-quality content
- You bring with a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams, especially with sales and product teams
Responsibilities
- Spearhead strategic marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and positioning
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads
- Lead, manage, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, and email marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Analyze performance data to derive actionable insights and refine strategies
- Oversee content creation and maintain a robust content calendar
- Drive field marketing efforts and attend industry events to expand TAGβs presence
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to ensure TAG remains ahead of the curve
Preferred Qualifications
You might also have a familiarity with the Shopify and/or ecommerce ecosystem (a plus)
