Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEM and Paid Social
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful SEM and Paid Social campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEM and Paid Social strategies aligned with overall marketing goals
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience segmentation to optimize campaign performance
- Identify opportunities for A/B testing and continuous optimization
- Manage the day-to-day operations of SEM and Paid Social campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc)
- Create, launch, and optimize ad campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and revenue
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI
- Oversee budget allocation and pacing for SEM and Paid Social campaigns
- Track and analyze campaign costs to ensure efficient spending
- Generate regular performance reports, including key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Utilize analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, content, programs, web development) to execute integrated marketing campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong preference for a candidate with B2B marketing experience
- Experience with advanced bidding strategies and automation tools
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising and ad tech platforms
- Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing
- Experience with CMS and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Certification in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint
