Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEM and Paid Social
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful SEM and Paid Social campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEM and Paid Social strategies aligned with overall marketing goals
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience segmentation to optimize campaign performance
  • Identify opportunities for A/B testing and continuous optimization
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of SEM and Paid Social campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc)
  • Create, launch, and optimize ad campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and revenue
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI
  • Oversee budget allocation and pacing for SEM and Paid Social campaigns
  • Track and analyze campaign costs to ensure efficient spending
  • Generate regular performance reports, including key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Utilize analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, content, programs, web development) to execute integrated marketing campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong preference for a candidate with B2B marketing experience
  • Experience with advanced bidding strategies and automation tools
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising and ad tech platforms
  • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing
  • Experience with CMS and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Certification in Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint
