Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in an operational management role, ideally overseeing multiple company functions
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, or SaaS is required
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks without missing deadlines
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and ensure efficient time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective email management and client interactions
  • Ability to handle ad-hoc tasks and find creative solutions to operational challenges
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and taking the initiative to streamline operations
  • 4+ years in an executive assistant, operations manager, or administrative leadership role
  • Management experience is required
  • Prior experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, or SaaS is a must
  • Proficiency in using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and task management software
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage schedules efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and execute operational strategies to optimize efficiency across various company functions
  • Ensure seamless execution of business processes
  • Efficiently organize meetings, appointments, and schedules to optimize the executive team's time
  • Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the team, ensuring prompt and accurate communication with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks such as credit card management, tracking expenses, and other operational duties as required
  • Assist in managing ongoing projects, following up on deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Work closely with different departments, ensuring alignment and execution of company-wide initiatives
  • Take initiative to identify and resolve operational challenges independently, ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of marketing tools such as Canva is a plus
