Summary

Job Description: A Freelance Part-Time E-commerce Specialist is sought to manage and optimize online sales platforms for a fluent and efficient user experience. Responsibilities include managing e-commerce platforms, developing strategies for generating traffic, analyzing data, utilizing SEO and SEM tactics, coordinating with inventory and logistics teams, and improving the online shopping experience.

Requirements

• Experienced E-commerce Specialist or similar role
• Proven knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Wordpress, WooCommerce, Magento, or related
• Ability to manage digital marketing campaigns and use analysis tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
• Strong soft skills, including attention to detail, analytical ability, creativity, problem-solving skills, excellent organizational skills, adaptability, and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product loading, content updates, and inventory management
• Develop strategies to generate traffic towards the e-commerce site
• Analyze data and metrics to evaluate campaign and platform performance
• Utilize SEO and SEM tactics for improved search engine visibility
• Manage product lists, ensuring accurate descriptions, prices, and availability
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for stock management and order fulfillment
• Monitor customer feedback and address any issues promptly
• Improve the online shopping experience to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the specific e-commerce industry
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Certifications in E-commerce or Digital Marketing
