Summary
Join our client, a dynamic production company, as their versatile Digital Media Specialist. Lead and manage digital marketing initiatives, thriving in a fast-paced environment. This role demands strategic thinking, independent execution, and elevating brand online presence through data-driven marketing. You will manage paid media campaigns, HubSpot, and website updates. The position is fully remote with a 9 AM - 5 PM EST schedule. Success requires proven experience in digital marketing, paid media, and HubSpot. Bonus points for real estate or B2B experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or growth roles
- Proven success running and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot and CRM/email automation best practices
- Familiarity with CMS platforms for basic site updates (no coding required)
- Analytical and organized, with strong communication skills and an eye for detail
- A creative thinker who brings ideas to the table and knows how to market a brand, especially to commercial real estate and management audiences
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), and LinkedIn to generate awareness, leads, and engagement
- Manage and maintain CRM data, build email campaigns and nurture workflows, and ensure overall HubSpot hygiene and automation are functioning efficiently
- Oversee creation, scheduling, segmentation, and tracking of newsletters, promotional blasts, and drip campaigns β ensuring alignment with brand goals and tone
- Make simple updates to the company website (CMS like Webflow), including adding videos, updating sections, and supporting site performance
- Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI. Comfortable operating with smaller budgets while maximizing results
- Collaborate on messaging, design needs, and strategic content β bringing fresh ideas and proactively thinking of new channels to increase the companyβs visibility
Preferred Qualifications
Bonus points for experience in the real estate, commercial, or B2B services space
