Requirements

• Currently pursuing an MBA or any related field degree, with a focus on operations, project management, or organizational development
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and drive project success
• Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and optimizing digital project workflows, leveraging project management tools and digital collaboration platforms
• Implement digital strategies to enhance operational efficiency, including automating processes and streamlining digital communications
• Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and developing data-driven solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate digital tools and technologies into project management and operational systems
• Support the planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives to drive team productivity and organizational scalability
